BGD Labs Announces Aave v3.2 Upgrade Featuring Liquid E-Mode

BGD Labs, the technical service provider to Aave DAO, is excited to announce the upcoming Aave v3.2 upgrade, featuring a new enhancement to the platform's user experience: Liquid E-Mode.

This new feature removes previous constraints on asset eligibility for different eModes, offering users unprecedented flexibility in managing their positions.

Key Features of Liquid E-Mode:

• Multiple eModes: Assets can now be eligible for various eModes simultaneously, allowing users to choose their preferred eMode.
• Flexible Configurations: Supports diverse eMode setups, such as combining different asset types (e.g., wstETH, weETH, WETH) in various combinations.
• Enhanced Borrowing Options: Users can borrow assets at different Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratios based on their chosen eMode and collateral.
• Customizable Asset Roles: Within eModes, assets can be flagged as borrowable, collateral, or both, offering more nuanced position management.

The Aave v3.2 upgrade is scheduled to be implemented across all supported networks in the coming weeks, subject to community governance approval.
